Even when using his Dragonic Overlord, this person see's Kai's attacks as nothing but weak ones, and Kai himself was surprised that he couldn't finish the battle with his strongest Units. So already, this person is at least comparable to Kai's Kagero Deck (which is a stronger High 4-C one at this point than it was in S1).
